Concrete Supervisor Required – Leiston Project
We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Supervisor to join a major long-term construction project in Leiston, Suffolk.
Job Details
* Location: Leiston, Suffolk
* Start Date: Immediate
* Hours: Monday to Saturday
* Duration: Long-term work available
* Requirements: Valid CSCS Card, SSSTS/SMSTS preferred, extensive concrete finishing experience, supervisory experience, and full PPE
Pay Rates
* £28.95 per hour – Standard rate
* £43.43 per hour – After 8 hours Monday to Thursday
* £43.43 per hour – After 7 hours on Friday
* £43.43 per hour – First 4 hours on Saturday
* £57.90 per hour – Saturday after 4 hours and all remaining hours on Sunday

Key Responsibilities
* Supervising concrete finishing teams on site
* Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
* Coordinating labour, plant, and materials
* Monitoring quality standards and programme targets
* Conducting site briefings and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
* Liaising with site management, engineers, and subcontractors

Lodge: Up to £51.00 per day (subject to eligibility)
