Duties

* Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions.
* Ensure that all food safety standards are adhered to during food preparation and service.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
* Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
* Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism and care.
* Process payments accurately using basic math skills for cash handling.
* Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
* Manage time effectively to ensure all guests receive prompt service.
Requirements
* Previous restaurant experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of hospitality principles.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations is essential.
* Experience in serving or culinary roles is advantageous.
* Basic math skills for handling transactions are required.
* Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
* Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming environment for patrons.

Pay: £12.21-£12.80 per hour
