Your new role As an IT Engineer, you'll work as part of a team that is responsible for the rollout and upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11. You'll travel between locations, providing hands-on support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth transition for end users. Mileage will be paid, and you'll be expected to work independently while maintaining high standards of service.
