Title: Marketing Manager with Product based Company\n Type: Contract ( 12 months extendable )\n Location : London, Hybrid (shoreditch )\n Total working hours : 35hr /week\n\nContract rate : GBP (Apply online only) P/d (PAYE) OR \n\nMax hourly rate - 67.32\n\nAs the Marketing Manager, you will lead strategic alignment and execution of internal martech transformation initiatives across international markets. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the International team's voice is represented in corporate planning, and that we are aligned with our fiscal priorities. You will work closely with corporate and regional stakeholders to drive visibility, accountability, and adoption of AoA programs, while championing Adobe's own technologies and marketing excellence.\n\nKey Responsibilities \n\nStrategic Leadership & Alignment\n\n- Lead the AoA core team's strategic planning and ensure alignment with fiscal goals.\n\n- Represent International in corporate forums, ensuring feedback loops are closed and regional needs are addressed.\n\n- Spearhead leadership steering group updates, providing executive summaries and progress reports.\n\nProgram Management\n\n- Develop and execute a fiscal-year plan aligned with AoA priorities.\n\n- Drive regular reporting and check-ins to track progress and surface risks.\n\n- Drive internal visibility of AoA wins through compelling sizzles, TEAMS posts, newsletters and other format\n\n- Coordinate dependencies across upstream and downstream teams to ensure seamless execution.\n\nStakeholder Engagement\n\n- Engage with key stakeholder teams across regions and functions-no surprises.\n\n- Cascade leadership messaging and ensure consistent communication across teams.\n\n- Attend CZ cohort meetings and focus groups to align on product priorities and use cases.\n\nProduct Adoption & Enablement\n\n- Champion product adoption and sustainment across International.\n\n- Drive assessment of product fit for GMO and communicate adoption expectations.\n\n- Support enablement activities and unblock teams as needed.\n\nInsights & Feedback\n\n- Provide employee feedback and insights to product and program governance teams.\n\n- Identify value stories and celebrate successes to build momentum and visibility.\n\nQualifications\n\n- Proven experience in strategic marketing, operations, or program management within a global matrixed organization.\n\n- Strong understanding and experience of Martech and Adtech solutions.\n\n- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Ability to synthesize complex information into executive-level summaries.\n\n- Experience with cross-functional leadership and influence without authority.\n\nPreferred Skills\n\n- Familiarity with initiatives and Customer Zero programs.\n\n- Experience working with international teams and navigating cultural nuances.\n\n- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks and opportunities early.\n\nGCS is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
