The Role
Step into the role of Visual Merchandiser here at Joules Head Office within our friendly and creative Visual Merchandising Team, which is part of the Marketing department.
This role is an opportunity for a visual storyteller to lead on the end to end journey of our wholesale and trade show presence, ensuring every display captures Joules. You will ensure our brand looks its best wherever our customers find us. It is a busy, varied role that celebrates the small stuff, perfect for someone who loves to mix commercial savvy with a genuine eye for beautiful, functional design.
Working Pattern
This is a field-based role with a split focus between our stores and our purpose-built Head Office, ‘The Barn’, in Market Harborough, Leicestershire. You will spend a significant portion of your time out in the field at our retail locations, as well as setting up and attending trade shows. The typical hours are 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday, however due to the nature of the role and scheduled events throughout the year, a high degree of flexibility is required to meet the needs of the business.

Market Harborough in Leicestershire, is where Joules began in 1989. This market town is home to the brand’s Head Office and is full of independent shops, bars and restaurants. It also benefits from good transport links to London, making it easily accessible for visitors and commuters alike.
