Job Title: Area Manager – Cleaning (North West & West Yorkshire) Location: Preston / Leeds / Carlisle (Field-based) Salary: £35,000 per annum Company Car Annual Bonus Contract: Permanent Hours: 45 hours per week | 6 days out of 7 (rotational) Role Overview TC Facilities Management are recruiting an experienced Area Manager to support a portfolio of motorway service locations across the North West & West Yorkshire region. The role covers sites from Carlisle to Lancaster/Preston, and across to Leeds, Ferrybridge and Wetherby. This is a hands-on, operational role focused on people leadership, service delivery and customer engagement across multiple sites.
