This organisation has made substantial investment into performance marketing, creative experimentation, and data-led customer acquisition, with Paid Media forming a key part of their wider growth strategy.
The successful candidate will join a collaborative and fast-paced environment, working across Google Ads, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and emerging digital channels alongside wider Creative, CRM, and Growth teams.

THE PAID MEDIA EXECUTIVE ROLE
You’ll support the execution, optimisation, and scaling of Paid Media campaigns across a variety of digital channels. The role will focus heavily on YouTube, Display, Demand Gen, Performance Max, and broader Google Ads activity.
You’ll assist with campaign launches, audience targeting, creative testing, reporting, QA checks, tracking validation, and performance optimisation while supporting growth initiatives across multiple markets.
This role would suit somebody with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys performance marketing, creative testing, audience strategy, and data-led optimisation.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
* Experience within Paid Media, PPC, or Performance Marketing
* Familiarity with Google Ads and Paid Media platforms
* Understanding of Performance Max, Display, YouTube, or Demand Gen campaigns
* Strong analytical and reporting skills
* Experience with campaign optimisation and budget pacingUnderstanding of audience targeting and creative testing
* Familiarity with GA4 or tracking platforms
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities effectively
