Job summary We are seeking an exceptional and motivated senior nurse leader to join our organisation in a unique combined role. This post brings together strategic leadership responsibilities as Director of Nursing (Band 8c) with a hands on clinical position as either a Senior Practice Nurse (Band 7) or Advanced Nurse Practitioner (Band 8a) depending on qualifications and experience. Confident managing both operational and strategic responsibilities. Leadership or supervisory experience is essential; prior senior management experience is desirable but not essential for exceptional candidates.
