You must be able to do both. What Were Looking For Experience: Previous care experience is helpful but not essential as full training is provided. Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English to follow care plans and communicate effectively. Drivers License: A full UK driving license is preferable Flexibility: Ability to work flexible and long hours, including weekends.
