Job Details GLOUCESTER, Gloucestershire Description Technical Support Analyst As climate change forces the world to change priorities, we’ve changed ours. Our technology is helping our customers reduce their environmental impact and meet energy reduction and carbon emission targets ahead of schedule. The Role This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and solutions-focused applicant to monitor and review live, real time actions for a customer-based system. You will utilise all data available in order to generate reports that add value and insight to one of our key retail customer. Other job responsibilities include: Undertake daily, weekly, monthly and annual reporting across both energy and general customer activities. To undertake remote investigations following outputs from reporting in order to understand issues and deliver solutions. Managing remotely monitored assets ensuring all remotely connected assets are set up to run efficiently to optimise energy saving. Suggest opportunities from insights gained through analysing data. Support the customer and drive innovation in their business model. Provide technical support and investigations, conversing with on-site engineers to diagnose faults. Additional skills and experience include: Essential Skills and Qualities: Higher education, beyond GCSE level. Experience reviewing reports and analysing large data sets. Proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges. Process-orientated and drive to succeed. Superb organisational skills. High level of interpersonal communication. Fully proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook. Excellent presentation skills. Excellent decision making and problem-solving skills. Both reactive and proactive to completing tasks.
