Join Our Team as an Architectural Technologist
We're seeking a technically minded, motivated, and collaborative Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in the heart of Lancaster.

What You'll Bring
We're looking for someone with:
* 5+ years' experience working on commercial or conservation projects
* CIAT accreditation
* Proven experience managing works onsite in the UK from RIBA Stage 4 onwards
* Strong working knowledge of Revit
* Experience using NBS Chorus specification system on a range of works
* Sound knowledge of UK Building Regulations
* Ability to work to a high standard independently and as part of a collaborative project team
* Working knowledge of the Principal Designer role and construction site safety
