About The Role:
Following a recent reorganization to enhance Environmental Health services, we have implemented a new structure focused on rebalancing and delivering statutory functions using a risk-based approach. We seek dedicated colleagues to join us in this rewarding challenge.
Responsibilities include: delivering the full range of food law enforcement functions such as inspections, investigation of food complaints, sampling, and enforcement actions.

Candidate Requirements:
* A qualification listed in the Food Law Code of Practice to deliver official food controls.
* Experience in food law enforcement within a local authority setting.
* Experience conducting food hygiene and standards inspections.
* Experience in enforcement actions and food complaint investigations.
