Citizens Advice Caerphilly Blaenau Gwent are recruiting a client‑focused, people person to support vulnerable clients with their welfare benefit queries as a Welfare Benefit Caseworker. Trainee roles will be considered.
Responsibilities
* Provide advice and casework on welfare benefits.
* Ensure advice conforms to the Advice Quality Standard (AQS) and Quality of Advice Assessment in Wales.
* Support vulnerable clients with their welfare benefit queries.
