HR Admin / Recruitment Coordinator (FTC)

£28,000 - £35,000 + Excellent Training + Work-Life Balance + 33-Days Holiday + Performance Bonuses + Hour Working Week + Life Assurance + Social Clubs + Up to 10% Pension + Excellent Work-Life Balance + On Site Canteen

Office Based: Commutable from Exeter, Torquay, Sidmouth, Tiverton, Newton Abbot, Axminster and Surrounding Areas

Fixed Term Contract Between 12-18 Months

Are you a HR Officer, Admin, Advisor, Recruitment Coordinator or similar looking for a role within an industry leading manufacturing company with an excellent culture, where you will be heavily invested in by shadowing the senior and management figures within the team, taking on more responsibility and putting your own stamp on the position?

This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified HR Officer, Admin, Advisor, Recruitment Coordinator or similar looking to take on a varied and challenging role where you will be invested in and upskilled into becoming a valued member of a continuously growing team, once upskilled you will be responsible for dealing with permanent and temporary recruitment, delivering training to managers on new processes and protocols, and occasionally assisting with disciplinary procedures amongst other duties.

This role would suit someone from HR Officer, Admin, Advisor, Recruitment Coordinator background or similar looking for the exciting opportunity to further develop their career whilst maintaining a great work life balance within a company who are industry experts.

The Role:
*Shadowing a senior member of the HR Team to upskill and technically develop
*Office Based working on a Hour working week
* Acting as the first point of contact for visitors to the HR department, directing queries as appropriate to the relevant team member and effectively trouble shooting where possible.

The Candidate:
*Experience within a HR/ Recruitment Coordinator role or similar
*Looking to Technically develop within an industry leading company
