This role is aimed at a commercially credible senior operator who understands how to:
* build trusted relationships

The business is specifically looking for someone who operates with genuine commercial credibility rather than traditional sales behaviour.
This is likely to suit:
* origination specialists
* relationship-led advisory professionals
* entrepreneurial lower mid-market M&A and advisory operators
* commercially strong Directors already operating externally at quasi-Partner level
* proven commercial operators with strong market credibility
The environment is intentionally different from many competing firms:
