Senior Sous Chef | Full Time

As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspiring leader, creating a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support in coaching and developing your team to excel while driving restaurant performance and achieving excellent results.

* Are a proactive problem solver, able to make quick decisions on your feet.
What we look for |
* Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef, driving performance in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to have meaningful conversations and support your team.
* Proven ability to uphold food, health, and safety standards.
* Financial understanding of kitchen operations, including GP and stock management.
* Experience managing labour costs and adapting to changing demands.
* Leadership qualities that inspire and engage teams to thrive and develop their careers.
* Commitment to creating an inclusive, respectful environment where everyone belongs.
* Ability to think proactively and make quick, effective decisions.
