Triangle Recruitment working in partnership with a renown Logistics and Warehousing organisation are looking for a Warehouse Goods In Administrator/Planner, working on a Day Shift 08:00 16:30

The Role
As a Warehouse Administrator, you will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our warehouse operations.
* Checking and clearing receipts on the system and resolving stock discrepancies in a timely manner
* Receiving customer enquiries/orders, processing picks and loading them accurately onto the system
* Despatching orders on the system and arranging transport
* Closing out job files by obtaining POD and any other required information
* Running reports from the system as required by customers and management
* Updating and reporting customer KPIs
* Collating accurate information for customer charge reports ready for Month end invoicing
About You
To be considered as a Warehouse Goods In Administrator/Planner, you will need:
- Proven experience in an administrative or warehouse administrative support role- - Proven customer service experience
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
