Overview We are seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to join our team on a permanent basis, delivering projects across the education and residential sectors. The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) services from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. This role would suit someone with a strong background in schools and residential developments, experienced in coordinating consultants, subcontractors and ensuring technical compliance.
