Electrical Site Manager\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join a commercial construction project on a freelance basis. Projects may include fit-out, shell & core, office blocks, retail centres, or mixed-use developments.\n\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing all electrical activities on site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage and supervise all electrical works on site, including electricians and subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Interpret and manage drawings, specifications, and electrical designs\n\n * \n\n Ensure installations comply with current regulations, standards, and project requirements\n\n * \n\n Carry out regular site inspections and quality control checks\n\n * \n\n Coordinate with the Project Manager, Site Manager, and other trade supervisors\n\n * \n\n Enforce health & safety procedures, ensuring RAMS, PPE, and safe systems of work are in place\n\n * \n\n Review and manage testing, inspection, and commissioning documentation\n\n * \n\n Monitor progress against programme, identify risks or delays, and escalate where necessary\n\n * \n\n Assist with snagging, defect resolution, and final handover documentation\n\n * \n\n Maintain accurate site records, including daily/weekly reports, t...
