Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, driving business growth, and delivering high-quality campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
* Oversee and manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
* Plan and coordinate activities, balancing priorities and optimizing resources.
* Set measurable KPIs, track performance, and optimize strategies to drive business improvement.
* Provide clear campaign reports and presentations to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
* Lead regular status and strategy meetings with clients, ensuring alignment and progress.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet goals, share knowledge, and best practices.
* Turn insights and research into detailed briefs for creative and digital teams, driving innovative solutions.
* Stay informed on industry trends to advise clients effectively, adding value to their business.
* Quickly grasp client offerings and value propositions, enabling effective communication and relationship-building.
* Ensure all client work is accurate, error-free, and aligned with objectives, maintaining high standards.
Requirements
* Previous account management experience within an agency setting is essential, with a proven track record of success.
* Previous experience working with automotive clients is desirable, demonstrating expertise in this area.
* Previous experience with direct/below the line marketing is desirable, showcasing skills in this field.
* This role requires flexibility and ability to commute to designated locations.

* Competitive basic salary £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
