Summary We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to join us on a full time basis for a 15 month maternity cover, until 31st December 2026, covering the area of West Wales. As a Project Manager at Pobl, you’ll play a key role in delivering new homes and supporting the growth of our organisation. You’ll oversee all stages of the development process – from initial concept to final handover – and will help shape successful partnerships and relationships along the way. You’ll be expected to manage projects efficiently, keep the customer at the centre of everything you do, and maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and delivery. What skills and experience do you need? To thrive in this role, we’re looking for someone with: A proven track record in a similar role within a development and/or contracting environment. Strong commercial awareness and experience in the delivery of new homes. A collaborative approach with experience of partnership working and stakeholder engagement. Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams and meet deadlines. Good knowledge of the housebuilding and construction industry, including the role of Registered Social Landlords (RSLs). Demonstrated experience in pre- and post-contract programme management. A strong understanding of health and safety practices within a construction environment. A full driving licence and access to a car. What are the pay and benefits? We Offer a Competitive Salary, Which Is Based On Experience And Assessed Against Our Two Tier Pay Structure For Project Managers (Please See JD For More Details On Both) Tier 1: £59,074 per year (for highly experienced Project Managers with significant responsibility), for 37 hours per week, fixed term until 31st Dec 2026 Tier 2: £51,368 per year (for those building experience in the role, with the opportunity to progress), for 37 hours per week, fixed term until 31st Dec 2026 Flexible working policies – this role would be both home and office based with regular time spent out on site, covering West Wales. Our head office is Swansea, where we regularly meet as a team. The team come together in the office one day a week, typically on a Wednesday, although there’s the ability to come in more frequently.
