2 months contract with a local authority

Job Purpose
* To deliver high-quality, responsive housing management services to residents, including property inspections, tenancy management, and support with maintaining accommodation standards. The role supports vulnerable individuals in maintaining their tenancies while promoting independence, safety, and wellbeing. The officer will work both independently and as part of a wider housing team, ensuring effective service delivery in line with relevant policies and procedures.

Key Duties/Accountabilities
* Provide day-to-day intensive housing management services to tenants
* Conduct property visits and inspections, including walking up and down stairs where required
* Respond to resident queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records on customer relationship systems and databases
* Support residents in understanding tenancy responsibilities and reporting repairs
* Work closely with support staff, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain property standards
Essential Experience Required
* Previous experience in intensive housing management or similar tenancy-based roles
* Strong customer service background with experience handling complaints
* Experience using Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Zoom
* Familiarity with CRM systems or housing-related databases
Essential Qualification Required
* Relevant housing or customer service qualification (desirable but not essential)
Additional Information:
* Location: Cranmere Court, Warner Road, Camberwell, London, SE5 9ND, United Kingdom
* Working Hours: 20 hours per week
* Enhanced DBS is required for the role.
* The role closes on 13th August 2025, apply ASAP.
