The hourly rate for this role is £11.44 and up to £12.02 across selected locations within London. The hourly rate will increase after 6 months in role.

About the role
You will work onsite, reporting to the Assistant or Store Manager. Your responsibilities may include helping at the tills, advising customers, or working in our back shop. You will also:
1. Help our customers feel at ease by listening, answering questions, providing advice on our products, recommending items, or offering baskets — the little things that make a difference.
2. Promote our in-store offers and schemes to enhance customer experience.
3. Assist in ensuring the store runs smoothly, which may involve product displays, providing excellent service at the tills, or helping in stock rooms.
4. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, presentable store environment.
5. Receive award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
What you’ll need to have

1. Full training will be provided; we seek individuals who can excel in a varied, fast-paced environment.
2. Effective communication and listening skills.
3. A team-oriented attitude that promotes collaboration.
4. An understanding that small details matter in customer interactions.
5. A desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots, helping customers find the best products for them.
It would be beneficial if you also have:
1. Experience in customer care and service (not essential but advantageous).
