Key responsibilities include: Leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the Executive Office. Acting as the professional lead and line manager for HLT Business Administration Officers. Supporting the EMD with key business, project and governance activities. Representing the Executive Office to internal and external stakeholders with professionalism and diplomacy.
Coordinating high-profile meetings, events, VIP visits and Board-level communications. Ensuring robust governance and reporting systems underpin all activity within the EMDs portfolio.
