The Opportunity
A growing private healthcare provider is expanding its internal sales team and is looking for a target-driven Telesales / Call Centre Executive to convert warm inbound enquiries into booked appointments.
This is a phone-heavy, conversion-focused role, ideal for candidates with a background in call centres, inbound telesales, appointment setting, or high-volume B2C sales.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound enquiries from prospective patients and converting interest into confirmed appointments.
This is not an admin or reception role.
Success is measured on conversions, bookings, and follow-up performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling high volumes of inbound calls, emails, and online enquiries
* Calling prospective patients promptly to maximise conversion
* Building rapport quickly and confidently guiding conversations forward
* Converting enquiries into booked appointments
* Qualifying needs and clearly explaining next steps
* Following up unconverted leads to improve booking rates
* Updating outcomes accurately in the CRM
* Working to daily and weekly call and conversion targets
What We’re Looking For
* Proven B2C telesales or call-centre experience
* Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
* Strong conversion, objection-handling, and closing skills
* Target-driven mindset with resilience and energy
* Highly organised with good follow-up discipline
* Experience in healthcare, beauty, aesthetics, or high-value services is advantageous but not essential
