Our client, a prominent entity within the construction sector, is currently seeking an NEC Site Supervisor on a contract basis to oversee the Tyldesley Travel Hub Project.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring the works are delivered in accordance with the Works Information
Supporting the Project Manager in reporting on inspections, testing and defects
Ensuring quality requirements are met
Attending all relevant meetings, including risk reduction meetings
Assisting in reviewing programmes for acceptance
Instructing and searching for potential defects
Notifying the Contractor of defects and issuing Defects Certificates
Adhering to and utilising document control policies and systems (SharePoint and CONTRACTS)
Submitting weekly site reports to the Employer and Project Manager via SharePoint
Attending Lessons Learned workshops
Job Requirements:
Experience in NEC Supervisor roles and the administration of construction works contracts
Knowledge of NEC contracts and procedures
Proficiency in using document control systems such as SharePoint
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and reporting abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders
Understanding of quality assurance standards and practices
