AboutThe Role
Our mission is to delivera class leading E/E platform with an extensive feature set offeringPure Progressive Performance to provide a Customer Experience thatexceeds their expectations. You are exposed to all aspects of thebusiness this provides the opportunity to collaborate with multipleteams to ensure all software functions and features across the fullvehicle are delivered and implemented against programmetiming.
As a Software Integration Engineer forthe whole vehicle youwill;
* Participate in featurecompatibility & software delivery timing reviews to ensurebusiness and customer requirements are met for each IntegrationPoint.
* Perform complete vehicle level softwareintegration including regression testing and feature validation.Providing feedback to stakeholders in support of software releasescapturing appropriate data for comprehensive problem statementswhen issues arise.
* Facilitate Issue managementforums driving issue management toolsets and investigationworkstreams.
* Perform coordinated investigationof complex debugging tracking root cause analysisworkstreams
* Work with Manufacturing and VCATSteams to support End of linevalidation.

MandatorySkills
* Knowledge ofAutomotive Product development cycle with emphasis on softwarerelease test and validation.
* Practicalexperience with vehicle network architectures CAN LIN FlexRay andEthernet / DoIP.
* Practical experience usingdiagnostic test and data logging tools (Vector CANoe / CANape /CANalyser INCA or equivalent)
* Experience ininterpreting circuit diagrams and investigating electricalcircuits.
* Knowledge of issue management systemslike CCAR / Kanban / JIRA
* Relevant experiencein software / electrical integration or test role within theautomotive industry.
* Full UK DriverLicense
Desirableskills
* Experienceworking with Hybrid or BEV architecturevehicles.
* Experience of automotivepreproduction build environments & prototypecommissioning
* Experience of diagnosticcommissioning and manufacturing processes VCATS End of Line& WAHA/RORO
* Understanding of UDS (ISO14229)
* Good written and verbal communicationincluding appropriate escalation and reporting whererequired.
