Our client is an extremely successful, independent Estate Agent in the Wirral who is currently recruiting for an Assistant Manager to join their team! This is a fast-paced role where you will be given the opportunity to develop new business and grow the property sales department.
Duties of the role will include:
* Generating new business using the database, canvassing material and networking events
* Conducting Market Appraisals and instructing new listings to the market
* Taking photographs and producing floorplans
* Marketing properties across various portals to ensure maximum exposure
* Negotiating sales, liaising with vendors and buyers
* Nurturing your own pipeline of potential sellers/new property listings
* Meeting & exceeding sales targets set by management
* Managing the sales department and team of negotiators

Basic salary is £28k - £30k plus commission OTE £35k - £40k.
