Package * Salary: Up to £37,500 per annum * Job Type: Full-time, Permanent * Benefits: * Company pension * Company events * On-site parking * Location: Must be able to commute or relocate reliably * Work Authorisation: Must have the right to work in the UK * Workplace: In-person Responsibilities * Lead the delivery of person-centred care, supporting residents to live with maximum independence * Oversee all aspects of people management, including staffing, supervision, and performance development * Ensure the service operates within its registration and legal requirements * Act as the home’s Health & Safety and Infection Control Lead * Maintain strong relationships with external professionals and services * Monitor occupancy and budgets to meet performance targets * Ensure the home environment is well maintained and welcoming Requirements * NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care or equivalent (Essential) * Experience working in a Learning Disabilities setting (Essential) * Proven experience in people management (Essential) * Experience managing within a set budget (Desirable) Apply Now If you’re ready to lead a passionate team and support people to live their best lives, please submit your CV to be considered.
