Vacancy: 50 hours in total, can be made up of 20/40 hours per salaried GP.
Salary: £98,238 – £110,736 per annum pro rata.
Incentives: ‘Golden Hello’ incentives and relocation packages are available to eligible candidates.

Job Overview
Join our dynamic GP team in the stunning Kilcreggan and Garelochhead area. This role offers a fulfilling experience in a breath‑taking coastal location. You will work as part of a new team of salaried General Practitioners, contributing to quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing the patient experience and streamlining practice processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive general practice care to a combined patient list of 4,286 patients.
* Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team including practice nurses, healthcare assistants, reception staff, and a practice manager.
* Engage with integrated care providers: first‑contact physiotherapists, primary mental health workers, community link workers, pharmacists, paramedics, Macmillan and Marie Curie nurses, social workers, and on‑site district nurses.
* Participate in multidisciplinary teams, peer support sessions, and cluster group meetings.
* Maintain a work‑life balance with no out‑of‑hours commitment.
Supporting Team
The team currently consists of one part‑time salaried GP, two practice nurses, one healthcare assistant, a reception team, a practice manager, and support from community health services.
