German speaking Customer Service Representative
Location: Wigan
Hybrid working - 2 days at home
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum plus great benefits

The Company:
A long-standing manufacturer and supplier with a keen focus on sustainability and innovation.
Main Duties:
To be the main point of contact for customers and manage the order process from initial enquiry to delivery.
The Role:
- To respond to any queries from customers in a timely and professional manner over telephone and email
- To build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal departments
- To manage the order process until final completion; including order entry, quotations, purchase order follow ups, confirmation of shipment dates and shipment tracking
- To maintain clear communication with customers on the progress of their enquiry if it cannot be resolved at the point of first contact
- To identify and action any special client shipping requirements
- To escalate enquiries as needed to the Team leader
- To provide proactive assistance to the team and other departments within the company as needed
The Candidate:
- Fluent German (written and spoken) - Essential
- Experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Computer literate (with experience in SAP an advantage)
The salary: up to £29,000 per annum
