Consol is a fast-growing national tanning brand with 57 studios across the UK (and more on the way), leading the industry in safe and responsible tanning. As part of our continued expansion, we are opening a brand-new studio in Filton in April 2026 and are looking for the right person to help launch and lead it.
This is a flexible position, offering up to 25 hours per week including days, evenings and weekends. Flexibility is essential. This role offers £13.25 per hour, plus uncapped commission & bonuses (OTE up to £35,000)
About the Role:
We're seeking a driven, confident and commercially minded Studio Manager to take a key role in launching and leading this new location. This is a rare opportunity to be involved from day one and truly make the studio your own. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of studio performance, people and standards, working closely with your Area Manager to ensure a successful launch and continued growth.
* Lead the day-to-day running of a brand-new studio
* Recruit, train and develop your studio team
* Drive sales, conversions and achievement of KPIs
* Deliver outstanding customer service at all times
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and presentation
* Manage rotas, basic HR tasks and studio reporting
* Act as the main point of contact for operational issues

What we're looking for:
* At least 1 year management experience
* Minimum 2 years' sales or customer-facing experience
* Experience working towards personal and team KPIs
* Strong organisation, leadership and communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* GCSE English or equivalent demonstrable skills
* Willingness to attend mandatory training
* Experience in a fast-paced sales environment
* Interest or experience in the health & beauty industry
* Retail or hospitality management experience
