Overview
ADMINISTRATOR - Adult Community Services B3 role at NHS. Service hours: 08:00–20:00, 7 days. Based at Milford Community Hospital in Guildford area, working within the Community Coordination Centre (CCC).
Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CCC, prioritising work according to need and ensuring the office environment is efficiently managed.
* Manage referrals into Adult Community Services and, with clinical support, onward referral to the appropriate service.
* Act as the first point of contact for enquiries via telephone and email; log referrals on EMIS and complete general administration duties.

Qualifications
* Essential: Good standard of education up to A level or equivalent experience
* Essential: High level of IT skills, including advanced use of Microsoft Office and data processing
* Essential: Extensive experience of spreadsheet, database, email and presentation packages
* Essential: Experience of working in an office environment
* Essential: Competency in word processing and data entry with advanced keyboard skills
* Essential: Good working knowledge of administrative and secretarial practice
* Essential: Ability to concentrate for set periods on tasks; good time management
* Essential: Experience in the health care sector
