About Push Gaming

The Role

As Regional Manager for LATAM, you will be responsible for driving Push Gaming’s growth across Latin America. You’ll shape and execute the commercial strategy for the region, manage key operator relationships, and ensure Push Gaming becomes a leading partner in LATAM’s rapidly developing regulated iGaming markets. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on business development.



Location: hybrid in UK or Malta, with travel.

Salary: Negotiable, based upon experience & achievements.



What you'll be doing:

Regional Strategy & Growth

* Develop and own Push Gaming’s go-to-market strategy across LATAM, aligned with global objectives.

* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets for expansion.

* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to guide commercial decisions.

Commercial Development

* Build, manage, and expand strong relationships with operator partners across LATAM.

* Lead negotiations for commercial agreements that drive sustainable revenue growth.

* Collaborate with Account Management, Marketing, Product, and Compliance to deliver exceptional localised support.

Market Leadership & Representation

* Represent Push Gaming at regional industry events, conferences, and associations.

* Be the voice of LATAM within Push Gaming, providing market insights and championing regional needs.

* Enhance Push Gaming’s brand presence and visibility in LATAM through partnerships and thought leadership.

Operational Excellence

* Provide accurate forecasts, reports, and insights on market performance.

* Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.

* Support cross-functional initiatives to tailor products and marketing for LATAM audiences.



What you'll bring:

* Proven commercial leadership experience in the iGaming industry with strong knowledge of the LATAM market.

* Established network of operator contacts across Latin America.

* Strong negotiation, business development, and account management skills.

* Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks in key LATAM jurisdictions.

* Strategic mindset with the ability to execute and deliver results in a hands-on environment.

* Native-level Spanish or Portuguese, plus fluent English (both written and spoken).

* Willingness to travel extensively across LATAM and internationally.
