Teaching Personnel is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated English Graduate Teaching Assistants to support pupils across secondary schools in Newcastle upon Tyne. The Role
* Provide tailored support to pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
* Help students develop confidence in reading, writing, and communication skills
* Support learners with additional needs, including SEN and SEMH
* Assist with targeted interventions designed to improve attainment and engagement
* Build positive, trusting relationships that promote wellbeing and academic success
* Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
* Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
