What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Handling property enquiries and arranging viewings Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants Managing offers and progressing lets through to move-in Maintaining regular communication with landlords, tenants and applicants Building and nurturing strong client relationships Contributing to business growth and market share Delivering high levels of customer service at all times Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with lettings legislation What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven experience as a Lettings Negotiator in residential property Strong negotiation and communication skills Confident, professional and target-focused approach Excellent customer service and telephone manner Knowledge of the North London property market advantageous Well-presented, reliable and proactive Full UK driving licence and own car essential Motivated to achieve and exceed targets What's In It For You?
