Role Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join a reputable and supportive firm. The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of medium to high-value residential property transactions from instruction through to completion, maintaining a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales, purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions
* Handle transactions typically ranging from £400k to multi-million-pound properties
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
* Carry out title investigations, prepare and review contracts, and manage the entire conveyancing process
* Maintain accurate financial and compliance records
* Contribute to the department’s continued growth and reputation for high-quality work
Requirements
* Experienced residential conveyancing fee earner (non-qualified applicants welcome)
* Proven ability to run files independently and manage a busy caseload
* Strong knowledge of freehold, leasehold, and high-value residential transactions
* Excellent communication and client service skills
* Confident working in an office-based environment with good organisational skills
