The team delivers city-quality transactions, advising on sophisticated deals for clients ranging from high-growth start-ups to established national and international businesses, with transaction values frequently reaching £20m. The Work You will be exposed early to complex, high-value transactions across: Mid-market M&A Private equity and growth capital Management buy-outs and buy-ins Joint ventures and restructurings Corporate finance Strategic advisory work The role offers hands-on involvement from day one, working closely with a Legal 500-ranked partner and a technically strong, collaborative team that places real emphasis on developing junior lawyers.
