Responsibilities
Manage the full lifecycle of customer accounts from onboarding to renewal
Lead client handovers from sales and support system implementation
Deliver training and ensure successful platform adoption
Analyse HVAC, BMS and metering systems to identify performance improvements
Provide technical commentary, reporting and actionable recommendations
Run regular performance review meetings with clients
Track and drive completion of energy and optimisation actions
Identify contract renewal and account growth opportunities
Contribute feedback to product and technical teams to improve system functionality
Desired Experience
Strong background in BMS / building controls (e.g. Trend, Niagara or similar)
Solid understanding of HVAC systems and energy optimisation strategies
Experience with protocols such as Bacnet, Modbus, Mbus or LoRaWAN
Knowledge of building performance and energy efficiency principles
Experience in a client-facing or account management capacity within a technical environment
Strong analytical skills with confidence interpreting building data
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Self-motivated, organised and able to manage priorities effectively
