Senior Systems Administrator | Linux, RedHat, Ansible and VMWARE

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Systems Administrator to take the lead on managing and optimising our IT infrastructure — with a strong focus on Linux automation, and enterprise-grade system performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Administer and monitor enterprise systems, ensuring high availability in a Linux environment.
* Lead and manage a VMware virtualised environment: upgrades, provisioning, and performance tuning
* Automate infrastructure using tools like Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash
* Implement robust backup and disaster recovery strategies
* Enforce security measures, conduct audits, and ensure compliance
* Troubleshoot complex system issues and support continuous improvement
* Document system configurations and generate performance reports
What You’ll Bring
* 6+ years in systems administration or infrastructure engineering
* VMware experience (upgrade, provisioning, tuning)
* Strong skills in Ansible and other automation/scripting tools
* Solid Linux/Windows OS knowledge
* Experience with Red Hat Satellite and patching infrastructure
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Relevant certifications (VCP, MCSA, RHCE, etc.) are a plus
