We're a Social-first agency helping global brands, household names, and high-growth scale-ups accelerate their business growth.


Having recently won Best Large Social Agency in the UK and continued growth, we're now looking to take on our next member to enhance our Social team!


Our service offering includes Organic Social, Creative, Influencer, Paid & TikTok Shop.


We’re a team of 70+ across London, Bath, and the U.S, with big ambitions to continue delivering industry-leading social-first work.

Roles & Responsibilities


Content Creation & Creative Execution


* Platform-Native Storytelling: Build and execute social media content plans that feel native to each platform, ensuring every post is optimised and aligned to our clients' goals.
* Design & Asset Production: Use tools like Canva, CapCut, and the Adobe Suite to turn raw ideas into social-first content.
* Reactive Content: Move at the speed of social. You’ll identify trending sounds, memes, and cultural moments, pitching and creating reactive content that keeps our clients relevant.


Community & Channel Management


* Voice of the Brand: Manage inbound and outbound community engagement. You’ll go beyond standard replies, using clever copywriting and brand-first personality to build genuine connections with audiences.
* Scheduling & Logistics: Utilise scheduling tools to ensure content goes live perfectly and on time, every time.


Analysis & Relationship Building


* Client Collaboration: Support your Social Media Manager in managing client relationships, acting as a reliable point of contact and ensuring we are delivering on our promises.
* Performance Tracking: Help build insightful reports that don't just list numbers, but tell a story about what’s working, what isn't, and how we can win next month.
* Trend Watching: Act as the team’s internal \"trend scout,\" keeping the wider agency updated on algorithm shifts and emerging platform features.


Requirements


* The Foundation: You have hands-on experience managing social media channels for brands (this could be from a previous role, or even your own successful side projects).
* Creative Flair: You have a natural eye for aesthetics and experience on Canva and CapCut.
* Copywriting: You can switch between different brand voices effortlessly, writing captions that are engaging, grammatically perfect, and platform-appropriate.
* Digital Native: You’re likely the first of your friends to know about a new TikTok feature. You have a deep, intuitive understanding of how social algorithms work.
* Organisation: You’ll be juggling multiple tasks across different clients. You need to be someone who loves a checklist and never lets a deadline slip.
* Ambition to Grow: You want to build a career in Social. You’re looking for an agency that will invest in you as much as you invest in the work.


Salary

ÂŁ24,000 to ÂŁ30,000 based on experience.
