Are you a driven Quantity Surveyor looking to take the next step, or an experienced professional ready to lead commercial delivery on complex projects? We’re looking for an Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and play a key role in successfully delivering projects from tender stage through to final account.
As an Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of multiple projects, leading the commercial management from tender handover to final account. You’ll be responsible for budget control, cost and value reporting, cashflow and sales forecasting, and the management of monthly applications and certifications. Working closely with operational teams, you’ll drive cost awareness, procure and manage subcontract packages, and negotiate subcontract terms while ensuring contracts are administered effectively under NEC3/4 forms. The role also involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders, promoting safe working practices, and mentoring junior members of the commercial and project delivery teams. This is a hands‑on role with real responsibility and the opportunity to influence outcomes across the business.
