15+ years in IT Asset Management, Software Asset Management, or Technology Procurement, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleDeep expertise in OEM licensing models: Microsoft (EA, MCA, CSP), Oracle (ULA, Named User), Cisco (ELA, Smart), SAP, VMware/BroadcomDemonstrated track record of delivering in cost savings or avoidance through license rationalization or contract negotiationExperience building and governing ITAM practices from scratch or significantly maturing existing functionsStrong executive presence with the ability to influence C-suite and business stakeholdersProficiency in ITAM/SAM platforms, CMDB tools, and BI/reporting environments (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
