Client Service Executive – SBD Account
We’re looking for a Client Service Executive to support national field operations and client service delivery for our SBD account. This is the perfect role for someone ambitious, collaborative, and eager to grow into account management.
Ideal location: Thame, United Kingdom, OX9
What You’ll Do
* Build strong relationships with SBD national account managers and act as their main point of contact
* Gather monthly briefs and communicate them clearly to field teams
* Support the creation of monthly performance reports and infographic summaries
* Work with Marketing to produce client showcases for social channels
* Manage team diaries, coordinate events/trade shows, and respond to client requests
* Work with Operations on fleet planning and cost control
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, including using AI tools
* Contribute to a positive office culture and stay informed on our wider services
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* Highly organised with excellent time-management skills
* Strong written, verbal, and visual communication
* A people-centric approach, ideally with coaching tendencies
* A creative thinker who challenges the status quo
* Interest in learning and experimenting with AI
* A solutions-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
Desirable but not essential:
* Digital or visual design skills (e.g., Canva)
* Ambition to progress into account management
* Experience in a fast-paced, client-facing role
* Knowledge of retail or consumer electronics

Hours: 9am-5.30pm Mon‑Fri. The role requires some activity outside of normal working hours and or weekend working. This may include staying away from home and working unsociable hours occasionally.
