Communications, Engagement and Participation Officer (x2)

About the role
We are currently seeking two skilled and experienced communications, engagement and participation officers to join our team in the Edinburgh Health and Social Care Partnership. This is an exciting time for the Partnership, as we deliver our ambitious programme of strategic change to transform and improve health and social care services for the people of Edinburgh. You will support the achievement of our strategic vision by developing and maintaining relationships and communicating and involving a wide variety of audiences.
Key responsibilities
* Design and implement communication and engagement strategies for a broad range of audiences.
* Operate within a complex, politically sensitive, high‑profile environment.
* Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Background in communications or engagement work.
* Experience with designing and implementing communication and engagement activities.
* Excellent interpersonal, influencing and communication skills.
