Associate Delivery Consultant in Construction @ V7 Recruitment
We’re working with a nationally operating design and build specialist known for delivering innovative and high-quality commercial workplace environments. As they continue to grow and evolve, they’re now looking to bring an experienced Health and Safety Advisor into their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a health and safety professional with construction and fit-out experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys influencing a positive safety culture. You’ll be playing a hands-on role across multiple high-profile projects, advising internal teams, reviewing compliance, and ensuring the highest safety standards are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct regular health & safety site audits and inspections
* Develop and maintain project and company-wide risk assessments
* Provide H&S advice to internal teams (pre-construction, design, delivery) and subcontractors
* Ensure CDM compliance and support design risk reviews
* Review and approve RAMS and monitor implementation on-site
* Investigate accidents/incidents and produce clear reports
* Monitor and report H&S performance using internal systems
* Support ISO audit preparation and general compliance processes
* Keep up to date with legislation and promote best practices internally
Ideal Candidate
* Strong health & safety background within construction or fit-out projects
* Solid knowledge of CDM Regulations and practical application
* Confident conducting site audits and managing documentation
* Experience advising internal teams and influencing at all levels
* Able to write clear reports and communicate effectively
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage a national workload with travel
