* Nurture Growth: Shape the early development of your Key Person group.
* Creative Pedagogy: Deliver stimulating indoor and outdoor learning experiences.
* Expert Care: Support children with varied needs, utilising specialised behaviour management skills.
Requirements:
* Level 3 CACHE Early Years Education qualification (UK).
* Deep understanding of EYFS and UK safeguarding standards.
* A reflective and dedicated approach to early years education.
* An active enhanced DBS clearance, or willingness to undertake one.
