Retention & Sales Executive (Data-Driven)Location: Peterborough - Office based ( strictly no hybrid or remote )Hours : Monday Friday 08:45 17:30Salary Up to £35kRole OverviewWere looking for a commercially minded, data-driven Retention & Sales Executive to join a growing global venue sourcing solution specializing in promoting venues and hotels through advertising on their platform. This role blends relationship management, sales, and analytical insight.Youll be responsible for retaining existing hotel partners, driving renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities, while also engaging new prospects through targeted outreach. A key part of your success will come from interpreting data, understanding website traffic, user behaviour, and market trends to inform sales strategy and demonstrate value to clients.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Retention & Account ManagementManage and nurture relationships with existing hotel members to ensure high renewal ratesProactively engage clients ahead of renewal periods with performance insights and recommendationsDeliver a consultative approach, demonstrating the value of continued membershipIdentify and execute upsell opportunities, including premium listings, enhanced visibility, and advertising featuresPresent tailored solutions based on client goals and platform performance dataMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targetsConduct outbound outreach (primarily email) to prospective hotel and venue partnersIntroduce the agencys platform, value proposition, and advertising opportunitiesBuild a pipeline of qualified leads and convert them into paying membersData Analysis & Insights (Core Focus)Analyse website traffic, user engagement, and conversion data to identify trends and opportunitiesUse data to support client conversations, renewals, and upselling strategiesResearch venues and market segments to uncover new business opportunitiesTrack campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations to clients and internal teamsWork closely with Marketing to align outreach campaigns with audience insights and trendsPartner with Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for clientsShare data-driven insights to improve lead quality and conversion ratesSkills & ExperienceEssential:Proven experience in sales, account management, or client retentionStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into commercial opportunitiesAbility to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environmentCommercial awareness and a results-driven mindsetDesirable:Experience working with CRM systems and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar)Experience in digital advertising or marketplace platformsTPBN1_UKTJ
