A global bank is hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to support its Leveraged & Acquisition Finance and Event Financing business.
Key responsibilities:
* Lead structuring, drafting, and negotiation of cross-border loan transactions
* Support deals from origination to execution
* Advise on legal, regulatory, and reputational risks
* Partner with senior stakeholders across business and control functions
Requirements:
* Qualified lawyer with strong leveraged finance experience
* Term Loan B expertise essential (high yield/private credit a plus)
* Background in top-tier private practice and/or financial institution
* Strong commercial judgement and stakeholder management skills
A high-impact role working on complex, international transactions within a collaborative, global legal team.
