Sous Chef — £32,000–£36,000 per annum (depending on experience) 40 hours, full time, permanent We're a growing, family-run business looking for an experienced Sous Chef to be the right hand to our Head Chef and help run a kitchen we're genuinely proud of — fresh, locally sourced produce, sensible prep, and a brigade that pulls together rather than burns out. This is a senior role. You'll help lead service, develop junior chefs, keep standards consistent when it's busy, and have real input into the menu and the section you run.
